Iberostar Group is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead all kitchen operations at our luxury beachfront resort in Jamaica. This role offers hands-on culinary leadership, menu development, and team management across multiple outlets, while maintaining 5★ brand standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead kitchen operations and ensure food quality, presentation, and guest satisfaction
- Manage multi-outlet kitchens, inventory, food costs, and banquet operations
- Coach and develop culinary teams, enforcing SOPs and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with management to optimize operational efficiency and guest experience
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ Executive Chef experience in luxury resorts or 5★ hotels
- Culinary certification and valid food handling qualification
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluency in English
