- 16 Church St, Montego Bay

Dating back to the 1760’s. and originally the home of a wealthy merchant, this georgian style structure is known to locals as the “Town House”. Mentioned in travel guides as a sight to see in montego bay, this red brick building has over the years served as a church manse, a synagogue, a hotel, a masonic lodge, and office space to list a few. It is most remembered, however, as the site of the highly rated Town House on Church Street restaurant. Today, this property is listed as a Jamaica national heritage site and now renovated into a hostel called MOBAY KOTCH.
