About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Remote Travel Assistance Specialist to help travelers feel confident and supported throughout their entire journey. In this work-from-home role, you’ll assist clients as they plan, prepare for, and experience their trips—offering reliable guidance, timely support, and thoughtful problem-solving every step of the way.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, works well independently, and has a genuine interest in the travel industry.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Provide remote support to clients through email, phone, and online messaging platforms
- Assist with travel bookings, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special travel requests
- Share clear and accurate information about destinations, travel requirements, and internal processes
- Track upcoming trips and proactively check in with clients when needed
- Handle client questions or concerns with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
Who You Are
- An excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills
- Experienced in customer service, ideally within travel, hospitality, or remote support roles
- Organized, dependable, and attentive to details
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Able to learn new booking systems and digital tools quickly
