About the Role

Wanderlust Adventures Group (WAG) is seeking an experienced and energetic Tour Leader to manage and deliver unforgettable group travel experiences across Jamaica. In this in-person role, you’ll lead tours from start to finish, ensuring smooth operations, guest safety, and a high level of customer satisfaction throughout each journey.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working with people, and has a strong passion for travel, culture, and adventure tourism.

Key Responsibilities

Tour Operations & Leadership

• Lead guided tours according to planned itineraries and timelines
• Manage daily tour flow, including activities, meals, rest stops, and transitions
• Conduct regular headcounts before departures and at tour locations
• Ensure schedules remain on track throughout each experience

Guest Safety & Well-Being

• Maintain the safety and security of all guests during tours and excursions
• Perform safety briefings and reinforce protocols at each location
• Monitor group behavior and respond appropriately to any safety concerns

Communication & Guest Briefings

• Deliver clear briefings on schedules, expectations, and logistics
• Share destination knowledge, cultural context, and local insights
• Communicate location-specific guidelines such as meeting points, timing, and conduct

On-Site Logistics

• Coordinate entry fees, meals, and activity arrangements
• Ensure smooth operations at hotels, attractions, and activity sites
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally as they arise

Customer Experience & Brand Representation

• Provide friendly, professional, and engaging customer service
• Keep groups informed, entertained, and engaged throughout the tour
• Represent Wanderlust Adventures professionally at all times

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage groups and maintain schedules in dynamic environments
• Experience in tourism, hospitality, guiding, or group travel (preferred)
• High attention to detail with a customer-first mindset
• Comfortable working flexible hours, including weekends
• Passion for travel, culture, and delivering memorable experiences
