Prestige Travel Agency by Mich is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist (Luxury & Leisure) to help deliver seamless, high-end travel experiences for clients around the world. In this fully remote position, you’ll support travelers before, during, and after their journeys, ensuring every detail is handled with care, precision, and professionalism.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in customer service, loves travel planning, and enjoys creating memorable experiences, while working from the comfort of home.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and professional customer support via phone, email, and online messaging
• Assist clients with luxury and leisure travel bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests
• Share important travel information, documentation requirements, and agency policies
• Monitor reservations for accuracy and follow up to ensure client satisfaction
• Resolve inquiries and concerns with a calm, solution-oriented approach
• Maintain organized client records and update internal systems as needed

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous customer service experience in travel, hospitality, or a related field (preferred)
