Working in an airline role in Jamaica can be fast-paced. Customer service is key, especially for flight changes and cancellations. Shifts can include weekends and holidays. Some airlines offer remote reservation roles now, which is great for flexibility

Would love to hear if anyone else has had remote positions in aviation here.
